本會與澳洲國際觀光與餐旅管理教育卓越中心（International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education, THE-ICE）於2018年簽署合作備忘錄，建立夥伴關係，並於2021及2022年合作研究計畫，共同探究發展聯合評鑑模式。

於2024年5月，HEEACT與THE-ICE共同推出「國際聯合評鑑（Allied Quality Assurance, AQA）」計畫，該計畫旨在協助提升旅遊、餐飲、活動和烹飪藝術（TH&E）教育領域的高等教育品質。

AQA計畫是一個整合性的品保計畫，同時涵蓋「校務層級」與「系所層級」面向，以整體檢視學校在TH&E教育的運作與成果。由HEEACT與THE-ICE組成之聯合訪視小組，進行為期2.5天的實地訪視。品保項目設計14個標準如下表所示：

4. Curriculum, Courses, and Graduate Outcomes/Attributes 課程設計與畢業生成果/特質

11. Staffing Resources 人員發展
12. Financial Resources 財務資源
