From 2nd-4th September, HEEACT delegates visited the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) in Malaysia to attend the staff exchange program. This is the first staff exchange program since the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the three-day program, HEEACT delegates had the opportunity to learn about the higher education system and mechanisms of quality assurance in Malaysia and to share the QA practices and experiences in Taiwan with the participants.
