HEEACT is delighted to announce that our Execute Director, Prof. Dr. Angela Yung-Chi Hou, has been appointed as the Vice-President of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).

Over the years, Prof. Angela Hou has exhaustively work to strengthen and enhance quality assurance practice and promote the quality culture in Higher Education in Taiwan and internationally. As a Board Member of INQAAHE, HEEACT Executive Director, Professor and Scholar, Prof. Angela Hou has contributed significantly to the Higher Education and QA community across borders.
