Practices and Experience Sharing of Online Meeting |
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of our internal meetings (e.g., working group meetings, executive meetings, meetings of Boards of Trustees and Supervisors) as well as other meetings with higher education institutions and reviewers were all conducted virtually, starting from the mid of May. HEEACT actively encourages staff members to share their experience and demonstrate the operations. In addition, the challenges and obstacles were also brought out for our staff to perform brainstorming and propose possible solutions. |

ISO Training Course |
HEEACT actively encourages staff members to improve their professional competencies. Until 2019, more than 80% of our full-time staff had completed 6 hours of training for the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 Internal Audit Training Course and received the official training certificate. |

Environmental Education |
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the consideration of the safety, HEEACT stayed at the office and watched the documentary 30 Meters Underwater to explore the underwater beauty. |

Introduction and Practices of ODF |
The workshop invited Mr. Sun to introduce the background and development of ODF across the globe. In addition to the basic knowledge, Mr. Sun also demonstrated the operation of ODF by using the format developed by the National Development Council. |

Information Security Workshop |
The workshop invited consultant Wu to give a lecture on the latest knowledge and skills related to the field of information to enhance employees’ knowledge of information security, for example, how to avoid and get rid of email viruses, and the basic cybersecurity tips for the workplace. |

Principles and Practices of Research Ethics |
The workshop invited Dr. Gu, Associate Research Fellow from National Applied Research Laboratories to explain and strengthen our staff's knowledge related to research ethics. During the workshop, several cases were shared and discussed to give our staff a holistic viewpoint. |

Practices and Case Sharing of Procurement Act |
HEEACT invited Ms. Ching-Yuan Liang, Director of General Affairs Office at National Taiwan University Hospital, to introduce the nitty-gritty of Procurement Act implemented in Taiwan. During the course, a lot of cases were presented to facilitate HEEACT staff's discussion and reflection. |

Application of Big Data Analysis in Institutional Research and Development Trend of Artificial Intelligence |
Prof. Dr. Mu-Chun Su from Computational Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction Lab, Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering, National Central University was invited to give a two-hour speech. The speaker introduces the basic knowledge of big data and how it could be applied into institutional research. The speaker took National Central University as the case to illustrate the practices of big data. |
