On March 21^st, 2024, three delegates from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Technology, Japan visited HEEACT. The purpose of this visit was to understand the enrollment strategies of Taiwanese higher education in response to the low birth rate. During the meeting, the impact and influence of the low birth rate on local higher education institutions and quality assurance agencies were specifically discussed.
