From 20th to 22nd November 2024, three delegates from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) visited HEEACT to learn more Taiwan’s quality assurance mechanisms in higher education. To understand the practice, MQA delegates also participated in an on-site visit of institutional accreditation as observers. Both agencies are committed to advancing the quality assurance practices and supporting the professional growth of their staff through further exchanges, joint projects, and professional development initiatives.
