HEEACT signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA) in 2009. Later in 2013 and 2017, both agencies renewed the MoU. The Executive Director from HEEACT, Prof Dr. Angela Yung-Chi Hou (right) and Director Assoc. Prof. Namon Jeerungsuwan (left) signed and exchanged the MoU in Tapei.
