HEEACT and the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in November 2015 for the first time. To continue and strengthen future cooperation, HEEACT and PACUCOA renewed the MoU in August 2021.
