HEEACT and CEA-VNUHCM signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2017 for the first time. To continue and strengthen future cooperation, HEEACT and CEA-VNUHCM Vietnam renewed the MoU in December 2022, with the signatures of Prof. Dr. Fu-Hsing Lu, Executive Director of HEEACT and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, Director of CEA-VNUHCM.
