HEEACT is delighted to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with THE-ICE this year. The friendship between HEEACT and THE-ICE began in October 2018. In the context of establishing links of friendship and cooperation, HEEACT and THE-ICE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). To explore further opportunities for jointly working in cross-border accreditation and information exchange of higher education review activity, HEEACT and THE-ICE signed a MoA with the signatures of HEEACT’s Executive Director Kuang-Chao Yu and THE-ICE’s Chief Executive Director Craig Thompson in October 2023 in Taipei.
