The friendship between HEEACT and QAA began in March 2019. In the context of establishing links of friendship and cooperation, HEEACT and QAA signed a Letter of Intent (LoI). To explore opportunities for more collaboration on international quality assurance activities, HEEACT and QAA signed a MoU with the signatures of HEEACT’s Executive Director Fu-Hsing Lu and QAA’s Executive Director Vicki Stott in May 2023.
