The lecturer, Prof. Dr. Chao-Chung Yang, Associate Professor from Ph.D. Program for Infrastructure Planning and Engineering, Feng Chia University was invited to give a 2-hour session to share important and practical skills of project management with HEEACT’s staff. Prof. Dr. Yang explained that to be able to solve problems in a holistic scope, one should possess a systematic mindset. Prof. Dr. Yang also addressed the importance of understanding the needs of different types of employees/employers in an organization. The different perspectives are usually due to position, education, experience and generation. Needs assessment exercises in teamwork were conducted.
